The Union of Orthodox Journalists is filing a lawsuit against the Security Service of Ukraine, contesting the illegal blocking of its online platform.

Currently, the document is undergoing review by the legal department and will soon be submitted to the court.

To recall, on January 10, 2025, the State Service for Special Communications issued an order to electronic communications service providers to block the UOJ website in Ukraine. According to the State Service, this blockage is being carried out at the request of the SBU.

This marks the fifth blockage of the Union of Orthodox Journalists' website. UOJ representatives deem these actions unlawful and express their determination to seek justice in court.
