Court hearing on Upper Lavra postponed again

The Northern Commercial Court of Appeal has postponed the hearing of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra’s lawsuit against the National Reserve regarding the use of the Dormition and Refectory Churches of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, lawyer of the Lavra, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, reported on Telegram. The case will now be reviewed on March 24 at 15:00.
Previously, the UOJ reported that the hearing on the Upper Lavra, originally scheduled for February 3, 2025, had been postponed.
