On April 28, another hearing in Upper Lavra case to take place in Kyiv

On Monday, April 28, 2025, a hearing will take place at the Northern Appeal Economic Court of Kyiv regarding the lawsuit of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra against the National Reserve concerning the right to use the churches of the Upper Lavra. This was reported by the lawyer of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Archpriest Nikita Chekman.

The hearing will begin at 15:00.

«We ask for the saints' prayers!» wrote the monastery's lawyer.

As reported by the UOJ, the previous hearing took place on April 2.
