The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, on his X, called on Muslims worldwide to condemn the Russian strike on Kyiv, which shattered the windows of the Islamic Center.

"One of the brutal Russian strikes against Kyiv this night damaged the Kyiv Islamic Cultural Centre at one of our central Mosques. This is yet another demonstration that Moscow wages a criminal war against the very foundations of humanity," Sybiha stated.

"We urge all Muslim countries, international governmental and nongovernmental organizations, as well as Muslim communities around the world to speak out, react, and condemn this strike. Russian barbarism must be confronted with strength and unity of the world," the Foreign Minister said. According to him, "together, we must force Moscow to accept a ceasefire and put an end to its war and terror."

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that the Islamic Center was damaged due to the shelling of Kyiv.
