In the Network, a video from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra was shown during the celebration in the OCU of the Procession of the Honorable Wood of the Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, which was celebrated on August 1 according to the new style.
The footage shows that about 30-40 people came to the Assumption Cathedral of the Lavra to bless herbs and products.
Among the people, this holiday is called the Honey Feast of the Saviour (the Honey Spas), and it begins the Dormition Fast. On this day, a large number of people traditionally come to churches.
