Dumenko awards DESS expert with order

`On August 7, 2025, the head of the OCU, Serhiy Dumenko, awarded the Order of Princess Olga to the expert of the State Ethnopolitics Service (DESS), Liudmyla Fylypovych.

It is reported that the parties discussed the role of the OCU "in preserving national identity, maintaining moral guidelines, and interfaith dialogue", as well as the necessity of "cooperation between the OCU, the scientific community, and civil society".

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that, according to Fylypovych, the law banning the UOC reminds her of the Soviet repressions of 1937.
