On September 26, 2025, pilgrim Hasidim began leaving Uman. The National Police reported a number of legal violations by Israeli citizens in Ukraine.

Police recorded about 10 instances of illegal possession of narcotic substances. The information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 309 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Additionally, 12 decisions were made on the forced return of citizens of the State of Israel. Also, five Hasidim were banned from entering Ukraine for three years for violating the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

"Police officers, national guardsmen, rescuers from the State Emergency Service, Israeli police officers, and employees of the State Migration Service conducted preventive talks in the area of compact residence of pilgrims and provided assistance if necessary," the statement said.

The consolidated law enforcement unit remains in the city and continues to implement security measures.

The customs service also warned of possible traffic delays at exit points from Ukraine through several checkpoints in Poland due to the mass departure of Israeli pilgrims.

As reported by the UOJ, according to the National Police, almost 40,000 Hasidim arrived in Uman this year.
