Kyiv court to hear Lavra's contract termination case on November 13

On November 13, 2025, the next session on the termination of the contract for the use of the Lower Lavra will take place at the Northern Commercial Court of Kyiv. This was reported by the lawyer of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Archpriest Nikita Chekman.
The hearing will begin at 10:30 at the address: 1a Sholudenko St.
The human rights defender asks believers for prayerful support.
As reported, one of the members of the panel of judges was challenged by the Monastery's lawyers due to his biased position towards the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, during which the said judge recused himself.
