On November 25, 2025, Epifaniy Dumenko met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine, Alle Dorhout, at his residence. This was reported by the press service of the OCU.

During the conversation, in particular, Epiphanius spoke about the role of his structure in "spiritual and moral support" of the people during the war.

They discussed the path of Ukraine's European integration and the fight against corruption. Dumenko also informed the Ambassador about state-church relations.

"Russia terrorizes us daily, but we do not lose heart," Dumenko stated and added that he is convinced that "this war must end with the establishment of a truly just peace, otherwise the aggressor will not stop."

As reported by the UOJ, Dumenko discussed the religious situation in Ukraine with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic.
