On December 29, 2025, Metropolitan Antony (Pakanych) of Boryspil and Brovary, the Chancellor of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, led the Divine Liturgy at the persecuted Tithe (Desiatynnyi) Monastery of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in Kyiv. This was reported by Metropolitan Antony on his Facebook page.

His Eminence was concelebrated by Archbishop Dionysiy of Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi, the abbot of the monastery, Bishop Clement of Borova, the brethren of the monastery, and guests in holy orders

After the service, Metropolitan Antony congratulated the abbot, the brethren, and the parishioners of the monastery on the Feast day of Blessed John the Barefoot, Fool for Christ's sake, who was a parishioner of the Tithe Church.

As earlier reported, on the night of May 16-17, 2024, the authorities illegally demolished the Volodymyr-Olha Church of the Tithe Monastery. However, on June 23, 2025, the Supreme Court ruled the demolition of the church on the museum's territory to be legal.

After the destruction of the church, the brethren of the monastery conduct services in the brotherhood building.
