Court hearing on Upper Lavra case postponed

On April 2, 2026, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal in Kyiv adjourned consideration of the case brought by the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra monastery of the UOC regarding its right to use the churches of the Upper Lavra, according to the Telegram channel “Fortetsia Lavra.” The latest delay was caused by an extended air raid alert.
