Russian attack damages UOC cathedral in Kupiansk

St. Nicholas Cathedral of the Izium Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, sustained severe damage as a result of shelling. This was reported by the Kupiansk Pershyi Telegram channel.

The cathedral's bell tower was completely destroyed in the attack. In addition to the bell tower, significant damage was inflicted on other parts of the church complex and auxiliary buildings on the church grounds.

As the UOJ previously reported, the Dormition Church of the Dnipropetrovsk Eparchy of the UOC burned down in Mezhova following shelling.
