On behalf of the clergy, monastics, and faithful of the Macedonian Orthodox Church, Archbishop Stefan extended his congratulations to His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry on the feast day of his heavenly patron, wishing him strength and God's help. In his message, the Archbishop stressed that the head of the UOC has shown steadfastness and humility throughout the present trials.

“By emulating the ascetic life and unwavering spiritual struggle of your heavenly patron, you have manifested spiritual strength, wisdom, and humility in your archpastoral ministry to your God-fearing Ukrainian Orthodox people,” the hierarch wrote.

The Primate of the Macedonian Church also wished Metropolitan Onuphry many years of life and God's grace in shepherding his flock.

“May the Lord God continue to strengthen you in your spiritual labors, granting you good health, peace, long life, and an abundance of His grace as you guide the rational flock entrusted to your care,” Archbishop Stefan said.

As the UOJ reported, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church celebrated its Primate's name day in Feofania.
