A monastic tonsure was performed at the Ascension Convent in the town of Mlyniv, Rivne region. This was reported by the Horodok St. Nicholas Monastery on Facebook.
The rite of tonsure was performed by Metropolitan Pimen of Rivne and Ostroh. During the service, two residents of the monastery received the angelic schema, dedicating their lives to God, prayer, and monastic struggle.
In monasticism, the sisters received the names Nadezhda and Lyubov.
As the UOJ reported, a monastic tonsure was earlier performed in the Khust Eparchy.
