Kamianets-Podilskyi Iconography School invites new students to apply

The St. Luke Iconography Theological School in Kamianets-Podilskyi has announced that its admissions office continues to accept applications as part of the 2026 enrollment campaign. The announcement was published on the school’s official website, ikonnyk.com.
Entrance examinations are scheduled for August 11–12, 2026. Orthodox Christians who have completed basic or full secondary education, can provide a recommendation from a priest, and are willing to participate in the spiritual life of the institution are eligible to apply.

The school trains iconographers through a program that combines theological education, artistic instruction, and spiritual formation. It is designed for those who wish to develop their artistic talents within the framework of the Church’s tradition and serve the Church through the creation of sacred images.

As the UOJ previously reported, the Kamianets-Podilskyi Iconography Theological School conducts student admissions annually and remains one of the few specialized educational institutions in Ukraine where iconography is taught in close connection with theological study and spiritual formation. Prospective students are encouraged not to delay contacting the admissions office, as early communication helps applicants better understand the requirements and prepare more effectively for the entrance examinations.
