In Kyiv, the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church commemorated the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Volodymyr with a religious procession to the Volodymyr Hill, reports the "First Cossack" Telegram channel.
The religious procession concluded at the monument to the Holy Prince Volodymyr on the day of the Baptism of Rus'. Orthodox Christians organized the prayer procession on the occasion of the feast to express their veneration of the great enlightener.
At the foot of the monument, the participants in the procession collectively read an akathist to Saint Volodymyr Equal-to-the-Apostles, highlighting the profound spiritual significance of his mission, through which he opened the way to salvation for his people through the Orthodox faith.
As the UOJ reported, UOC faithful set out from Chernivtsi on a religious procession to Kolinkivtsi.
