UOC's Holy Spirit Cathedral in Kherson damaged by drone strike

On the night of August 4, 2026, a Russian drone struck the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Kherson, the press service of the Kherson Eparchy reported.
According to the eparchy, the attack took place at around 3:30 a.m. The strike damaged the cathedral building, shattered windows, and also affected residential premises.
The Kherson Eparchy said that no one was injured in the attack.
As the UOJ previously reported, the Holy Spirit Cathedral has repeatedly come under fire since the start of hostilities.
