Metropolitan Nathanael consecrates iconostasis in Nosachevychi

On August 4, 2026, on the feast day of St. Equal-to-the-Apostles and Myrrh-bearer Mary Magdalene, Metropolitan Nathanael of Volyn and Lutsk consecrated the new iconostasis of the church in the village of Nosachevychi of the Rozhyshche Deanery in Volyn, reports the press service of the Volyn Eparchy.

After the consecration of the iconostasis, the hierarch led the Divine Liturgy on the occasion of the patronal feast of the parish.

Metropolitan Nathanael was co-served by the rector of the church, Archpriest Oleksandr Mykhalevsky, and the clergy of the eparchy.

At the conclusion of the service, the bishop congratulated the rector and parishioners on the patronal feast and the consecration of the new iconostasis, wishing the community God's help, peace, and spiritual strengthening.

As the UOJ reported, a youth forum on social ministry was held in the Volyn Eparchy of the UOC.
