Memorial service held for victims of Pryluky missile attack

On October 7, 2026, Archbishop Theodosiy of Ladan and the city's priests held a memorial service for the Pryluky residents killed as a result of the Russian missile attack, reports the Nizhyn Eparchy of the UOC.
The memorial service was held at the Transfiguration Cathedral of Pryluky with the blessing of Metropolitan Clement of Nizhyn and Pryluky.
According to the eparchy, 18 residents of Pryluky are currently known to have been killed. Four of them are children.
On behalf of the clergy and faithful of the Nizhyn Eparchy, Metropolitan Clement expressed condolences to the relatives and loved ones of the deceased.
As the UOJ reported, prayers were offered for the injured and killed after the Russian night strike on Pryluky.
