The SBU promises to tell details later.
Today, May 1, 2024, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is conducting searches at the place of residence of Metropolitan Luke of Zaporizhzhia and Melitopol. This was reported by UP with reference to its sources in the special services.
"Investigative actions are taking place on the morning of May 1 in Zaporizhzhia. Details will be provided by the SBU later," the message says.
As the UOJ reported, on April 25, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office announced that a court had ordered Metropolitan Arseny, the abbot of the Holy Assumption Sviatohirsk Lavra, to be remanded in custody for 60 days without the right to post bail.
