Collection and use of personal data

When the User uses the services of the Site, the Administration collects and processes the User's data, namely:

- data provided by the User both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services;

- parameters and settings of Internet browsers.

The Administration collects only those personal data (for example, your name and surname, login and password, e-mail address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by the personal data subject in order to use the Site’s desired services.

When visiting the Site, all logins to the account are recorded. Other information on the User's traffic is not processed or stored.

Please note: The company is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the subject of personal data. In each case where optional information is requested, the personal data subject will be notified at the time of the collection of such information.

The Administration collects data on the Site traffic statistics. Data may include information about the connection, traffic, the User's browser, as well as the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the Site.

Personal data processing

Processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centres, where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site services is located. The provided personal data are processed and stored in the personal data database "Users" of the Site https://spzh.news/.

Purpose of using personal data

Period of personal data storage

Personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of their processing.

After the personal data subject has ceased to be a Site User by deleting his/her account on the Site, his/her personal data are also automatically deleted.

Website interaction with other resources

When the User uses the services on the Site pages, the codes of other Internet resources and third parties may be available, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive your data. Therefore, these Internet resources can receive and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the User's browser. Such Internet resources can be:

Systems for collecting service visitor statistics, Google Analytics counters

Google Analytics service codes are installed on some pages of our Site. This service can receive and process information only about the fact that you visited the page and other information transmitted by your browser. The use of this service is necessary for us for the operational analysis of site visits, internal and external evaluation of site traffic, depth of views, and user activity. We do not store or process the data received from these services.

Rules for the use of cookies and log files technology/Freedom of choice

Cookies ("Cookies") are small text files in which the browser can record data received from the server. When you go to a Site page, the server can read the information contained in the "Cookie". In particular, "Cookies" can be used to store information about registration on the Site or a certain area so that the User does not need to re-enter it during subsequent visits to such a Site or its area, reference markers used on the Site are associated with the user's personal data.

Interaction of the Administration with third parties regarding personal data

The Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by law, at the request of the personal data subject or in other cases set forth in this section. Confidentiality of activity of the personal data subject’s activity on the Site

Information about the activity (traffic) on the Site of Users passing through our network or the User's e-mail is protected in accordance with the law. That is, he Administration in no way or manner violates the secrecy of the User's "activity" when the latter uses the Site’s services, which is regulated by the relevant local acts.

Personal data protection

We provide access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with local acts.

Terms of access to personal data

The procedure for access to personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the consent of the personal data subject provided by the owners of personal data to the processing of the data or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The personal data subject has the right to obtain any information about himself/herself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided the provision of information established by law.

Deferring user access to their personal data is not allowed.

Deferring third parties’ access to personal data is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total term for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.

The third party that submitted the request shall be notified of the postponement in writing with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.

The decision to defer or deny access to personal data may be appealed in court.

If the request is made by the personal data subject on the data about himself/herself, the obligation to prove in court the legality of access denial is assigned to the personal data owner to whom the request was submitted.

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, personal data may be transferred to law enforcement, judicial authorities and other institutions in order to protect the foundations of the constitutional order, morality, health, rights and legitimate interests of other persons and to ensure the country's defence and state security.

Rights of the personal data subject

The Administration reminds you of your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI, namely

- to know about the sources of collection, location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the of personal data owner or administrator or to give an appropriate order to obtain this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by law;

- to receive information about the terms of providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred;

- to have access to their personal data;

- to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response on whether his/her personal data is processed, as well as to receive the content of his/her personal data;

- to submit a motivated request to the the personal data owner with an objection to the processing of his/her personal data;

- to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy your personal data by any personal data owner or administrator if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;

- to protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, their non-provision or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honour, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

- to file complaints about the personal data processing to the Commissioner or the court.
