"Right sector" boasts of selfie in the seized UOC church in Kolosovaya

Upon seizure of an unguarded and unsealed church of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. John the Divine in. Kolosovaya village, Ternopil diocese of the UOC, organized jointly by the supporters of the "Kiev Patriarchate" and Ternopil branch of the "Right Sector", activists of nationalist groups placed a unique photo report in social networks, reports the Information and Education Department of the UOC.
The shots are unique because no one else was allowed to take pictures of right-wing radicals. The photos were followed by comments on the actions by representatives of the "Right Sector - Ternopil": "June 10, in the village of Kolosovaya, Ternopil region, activists of the "Right sector" and VO "Trizub" (Trident) named after Stepan Bandera helped the UOC-KP community to enter the church, to which they have a legitimate right," said the nationalists.
All the participants of the seizure were wearing masks or balaclavas, except the head of the Ternopil branch of "Right Sector" Basil Labaychuk.
The confronting of the UOC community of Kolosovaya village with those who wanted to take possession of their church began when the chairman of the Ternopil Regional State Administration Stepan Barna decided to transfer the UOC parish to the UOC-KP. It happened on August 28, 2015. Since then, the faithful have not abandoned their attempts to regain their status.
