At Trinity UOC church in Kozelets is under the threat of seizure

On June 19, the Day of the Holy Trinity, in the urban village of Kozelets, Chernihiv eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, supporters of the Kiev Patriarchate are planning to seize the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, reports the Information and Education Department of the UOC.

Rector Archpriest Mikhail Tereshchenko informs that representatives of the local police are preparing security measures to prevent possible provocations.

Recall that on June 9, the Day of the Ascension, parishioners of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kozelets confronted with the Kiev Patriarchate representatives, who tried to disrupt the procession of the faithful.
