In Zhitomir region the UOC priest who committed an accident denied ministry

As reported by the press service of National Police in the Zhitomir region, at 216 km of the Zhitomir highway Kiev-Chop a car accident occurred, which resulted in the death of a child. The driver of the car, a UOC priest, did not get away from the crime scene.       

According to the Decree of the Ruling Bishop of the Diocese of Zhitomir Nikodim, a cleric who committed the accident denied ministry.      

The case is under investigation. Criminal proceedings into the accident have been initiated under Art. 286 (2).
