A volunteer from Uman pleases kids from the orphanage with a sweet summer

Volunteer Vadim, who is a member of the volunteer Service of Mercy of the Holy Dormition Cathedral of Uman, once again pleased kids from the Children's Regional Rehabilitation Centre with a little cotton candy show, reports the Synodal Department for Youth of the UOC.

Vadim runs his own business, which helps him earn for a living – it is a cotton candy and popcorn maker, thanks to which a lot of holidays in the town have become unforgettable.

In the midst of the summer, the volunteer once again pleased the kids from the Children's Regional Rehabilitation Centre (Orphanage), for which the administration of the institution awarded Gratitude to Vadim personally and the whole team of the charity service.

The children are always very pleased to meet Vadim, as well as all the guests who with an open heart are eager to make their childhood a little happier. Vadim says that it is hard to find a greater reward than the children's sincere smile and warmth. "Do not get tired of making someone's life happier, one doesn’t need to make something big, and the possibility to do this, though small, can always be found. Where there is a will, there is a way," emphasizes the Synodal Department for Youth Affairs of the UOC.
