First show religious tolerance to UOC, - politologist of the Government’s plan on reintegration of Donbass
"There is an item of the plan about religious tolerance. You watch silently seizures of UOC churches on the Ukrainian territory. So if you want to show religious tolerance – do it, what's stopping you?! Such plans are right by form, but in fact they look like a mockery. The government does nothing to stop this abusive practice, "- stressed out the expert.
According to Pogrebinsky, there are no real tools to reintegrate the region, so the Government's plan raises skepticism.
"You, guys, stop lying every day, talking about peace and then doing things that, on the contrary, aggravate the situation," - said the politologist.
At a recent meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an action plan on implementation of the basic principles of the state internal policy in separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. One of the items provides for "the resumption of dialogue between representatives of different social cultures and religious denominations."
