In the village of Dunayets campaign of Kyiv Patriarchate disrupted

On September 22, a representative of the Kyiv Patriarchate, Protopriest Stephan Kuz, came to the village of Dunayets in the Glukhov district of the Sumy region. According to the UOJ source, the priest of the KP, who calls himself the Dean of the Glukhov district, wanted to hold agitation about the transfer of the UOC community under the jurisdiction of the Kyiv Patriarchate.

The UOC community is restoring the St. George the Victorious Church in the village. Representatives of the Kyiv Patriarchate expressed their intention to appropriate the church and are already collecting signatures about the transfer of the community. Stephan Kuz, having gained the support of several radical men, wanted to hold a general meeting in the village. More than 60 faithful of the UOC did not allow the visitors to initiate campaigning.

According to the UOJ source, Stephan Kuz came to promote the ideas of the Kyiv Patriarchate in secular clothes, with a ring on his finger, dressed in an embroidered shirt.
