The head of the Vatican's Foreign Ministry, Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, has said in an interview with tgcom24.it that the state is ready to organise talks on the war in Ukraine and provide a platform.

"The Pope has always been open to this since the beginning of the war, but until now there has been no concrete answer. In spite of this, the Holy See always remains available. And if it were appropriate and necessary to offer and grant this space, as we have done in the past, the Holy Father would take it very positively if the request came from both sides with good intentions and in the spirit of seeking peace, dialogue and an end to the war," the RCC archbishop said.

As reported, the Pope said that he was ready to help Kyiv and Moscow to stop the war.
