A man who called for "destroying" members of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Nosivka has been identified and is known to identify himself on social media as a "soldier of the UPA voluntary battalion." This individual is Oleksandr Babich, as reported by "Pershy Kozatsky".

On his Facebook page, Babich indicates that he resides in Chernihiv. On social media, the "UPA warrior" mentions the UOC several times, particularly expressing frustration that members of parliament cannot vote for its prohibition.

Additionally, Babich criticizes Volodymyr Zelensky on social media, posting content referring to him as the "president of misfortune and sorrow, pompous, self-centered, and a complex-ridden little Napoleon."

Recall that on the night of October 3rd, Babich was with raiders from the OCU who broke into and seized the Holy Trinity Church of the UOC in Nosivka, Chernihiv region. During an encounter with a UOC parishioner, he stated that members of the UOC are "enemies who must be destroyed."

As previously reported, a supporter of the OCU in Nosivka, dressed in camouflage, assaulted a UOC parishioner.
