On October 8, 2023, representatives of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) assaulted parishioners of the Holy Trinity Church of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in the city of Nosivka, as reported by the Telegram channel "Dozor na 'Pershomu Kozatskomu'."
According to reports from the scene, Orthodox Christians were praying near the fence of their church today. Inside the church, raiders from the OCU were conducting their "worship," having seized the church on October 3.
During the prayers, representatives of the Dumenko structure, affiliated with the OCU, attacked Orthodox Christians, beating Matushka Maria and parishioners of the church.
Earlier, it was reported that individuals in camouflage attire, along with clergy of the OCU, broke into the Holy Trinity Church during curfew hours and seized the church. They stated that UOC parishioners were "enemies" who needed to be destroyed.
