South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham calls the war between Jews and Palestinians a religious war and says in a commentary that Israel must do whatever is necessary to fight back.

"I am appalled by anyone who blames Israel for the current situation in the Middle East. Iran and Hamas want to destroy the Jewish state. We’re in a religious war and I unapologetically Stand with Israel," he wrote in a post on X, to which he attached an excerpt of his comments and a video from Fox News.

"Do whatever you need to do to defend yourself. Level the place," Graham said at the end of the video.

As earlier reported, Iran's supreme leader said the entire Islamic world would support the Palestinians.
