On May 13, 2024, another motion by the investigator for the arrest of the property of Priest Serhiy Chertylin will be considered at 09:15 by the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv. This was reported in his Telegram channel by the UOC priest and lawyer, Father Nikita Chekman.
"Despite the court's decision denying the investigator's request for the arrest of the seized funds intended for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, investigator A. Savenko did not return the funds in violation of the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code and filed another motion for arrest! We ask for prayers!" Father Nikita wrote.
As was previously reported, on April 11, the judge of the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv rejected the SBU investigator's motion to arrest funds in the amount of 200 thousand hryvnias for the purchase of an evacuation vehicle for the military, seized from the UOC priest Serhiy Chertylin.
