Lavra publishes a photo of St. Agapitus Church after removal of kiosks

On 22 August 2024, the capital authorities dismantled all the kiosks that were located near the entrance to the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. According to the Save_Lavra Telegram channel, the work continued throughout the morning.

"Throughout the morning, municipal workers were busy near the Lavra. All kiosks were dismantled, both monastery's and private ones," the message says.

The press service of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra published a photo showing the current state of the area in front of the Church of St. Agapitus of the Caves.

As reported by the UOJ, the Lavra commented on the closure of the "Life-Giving Spring" temple by the Reserve.
