Court hearing on eviction of UOC monks from Kyiv Lavra scheduled for Nov 7

The lawyer of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, announced on his Telegram channel that on November 7, 2024, at 12:00, a court hearing will be held in the Northern Commercial Court of Appeals in Kyiv. The court will consider the Reserve’s claim for the eviction of UOC monks from the premises of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. Archpriest Nikita urged believers to support the monastery with holy prayers.
The hearing will be held at: 1-a Sholudenko Street, Kyiv.
As previously reported by UOJ, the court had earlier granted the judge’s recusal in the case of the Lavra brethren's eviction.
