On July 17, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus met with Metropolitan Panteleimon of Luhansk and Alchevsk, Archbishop Arkady of Rovenky and Sverdlovsk, and Bishop Paul of Bilovodsk, Vicar of the Luhansk Eparchy, in the Patriarchal Chambers of the Holy Trinity Sergius Lavra.
