Holy Trinity Church, Kremenchuk
On December 9, 2025, the Eastern Appellate Commercial Court reviewed the complaint of Metropolitan Mykolai of Kremenchuk and Lubny regarding the decision of the Commercial Court of the Poltava region to transfer the Holy Trinity community to the OCU and left it without satisfaction. The church is still unlawfully in the hands of the OCU.
