TRC officers abduct monk of St. Barbara Skete in Stary Korets

On February 3, 2026, in Rivne, drafters detained the monk of St. Barbara Skete in the village of Stary Korets, Archimandrite Herman (Kulakevych), reports a UOJ correspondent.

Archimandrite Herman was stopped when he was returning from the hospital. The monk was undergoing examination due to an acute form of ARVI.

At the moment, there is no information about the further fate of the clergyman.

As the UOJ wrote, in Kyiv, the TRC abducted a cleric of St. Cyril's Monastery.
