Over 120 people die in Seoul during Halloween celebrations

More than 120 people died during the large-scale Halloween celebration in Seoul's Itaewon district, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.

According to preliminary data, they suffocated in the crowd during a monstrous stampede.

“The fire department performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on dozens of people who had cardiac arrest by 1:00 a.m. on the 30th. According to the authorities, there were about 120 dead and about 100 injured,” the agency said in a statement.

Special services are on the scene.

As the UOJ reported earlier, the diocese of the UOC commented on the preparation of restaurants in Rivne for Halloween.
