In Baltimore, hundreds of people gathered at a satanic event

In Baltimore (USA), about 400 people participated in a gathering called "Satanic Revival." The participants, most of whom adhered to gothic aesthetics, assembled in the Mobtown ballroom to listen to speeches by their leaders and live music. This was reported by The Spokesman-Review.

The event organizers officially stated that their association does not believe in the actual existence of Satan or other supernatural forces. Instead, they use the image of the devil as a symbol of struggle against what they consider "abuse of power."

At the convention, speakers discussed issues of promoting abortion rights, gender ideology, and the experiences of people who call themselves transgender. Representatives of the organization boasted of their "achievements," including lawsuits against Christian monuments and campaigns for bodily autonomy.

Despite the satanists' attempts to present their activities as socially beneficial, their initiatives have provoked serious opposition in society. More than 23 thousand people opposed the holding of the event in Baltimore. The American Society for Defense of Traditions organized an online petition demanding the ban of the event, calling it an "embodiment of evil" that has no place in public space.

As SPJ reported, a satanist thanked Zelensky for a ritual with a pentagram at the Lavra.
