On July 29–30, 2026, an All-Ukrainian Forum for Wives of Clergy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church will be held in Kyiv, as reported by the Facebook page "All-Ukrainian Forum for Wives of UOC Clergy."
Matushkas from various UOC eparchies are invited to participate. The organizers invite participants to spend two days in a warm and supportive atmosphere among those who well understand the particularities of their family calling, church ministry, and daily challenges. The program includes lectures, candid conversations, practical workshops, and informal fellowship.
Clergy, psychologists, physicians, lawyers, financial specialists, and other experts will share their experience with the participants. Among the announced topics are: preserving the family in crisis circumstances, overcoming spiritual burnout, helping loved ones dealing with addiction, violence, or infidelity, as well as the protection of churches and communities.
In addition, the forum will address cybersecurity, financial literacy, family health care, church floristry, the establishment of Sunday schools, and social ministry in parishes. Sessions in a "question and answer" format, the sharing of experience, and new acquaintances are also planned.
The forum will be held at the church in honor of the Assembly of the Glorious and All-Praised Twelve Apostles, located at 1 Vynohradna Street. Prior registration is required for participation.
The Union of Orthodox Journalists previously reported that a congress of Orthodox youth has begun in the Rivne Eparchy of the UOC.
