UOC donates UAH 270,000 to doctors of the “Stanitsa Luganskaya” checkpoint
The Church has allocated UAH 270,000 for the purchase of medicines and equipment for the ambulance at the “Stanitsa Luganskaya” checkpoint.
On July 27, 2020, the UOC Chancellor, Metropolitan Anthony (Pakanich) of Boryspil and Brovary, handed over UAH 270,000 to doctors who work at the “Stanitsa Luganskaya” checkpoint in the Donbass, reports the UOC Information Centre on Facebook.
Metropolitan Anthony presented a certificate for this sum to the head of the board of the International Charitable Organization "International Charitable Aid" Ilya Bogomolov.
The allocated funds will be used to purchase medical equipment and medicines for the reanimobile.
Earlier, the UOC Chancellor called on the faithful to pray for the ceasefire in the Donbas to end the war.
