TRC abducts a priest of UOC's Ovruch Eparchy
Father Pavlo Kushnirchuk has not been in contact with his family.
On the morning of February 19, TRC representatives abducted Father Pavlo Kushnirchuk, a cleric of the Ovruch Eparchy of the UOC. This was reported by the priest's wife, Natalia, on Facebook on February 21.
According to her, Father Pavlo was initially taken to the Chernihiv direction and then brought to Zhytomyr.
"Last night, they brought him to Zhytomyr, and at night they took him away again. Where to – I don’t know. He has not been in contact since he got on the bus," she wrote.
Natalia Kushnirchuk called on believers to spread information about the priest’s detention.
As the UOJ previously reported, an abducted archimandrite detailed his experience at the TRC.
