Head of Phanar has dinner with Muslims at Iftar in Istanbul

Representatives of various minority groups in Turkey attended the event.
Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople participated in an iftar dinner organized during Ramadan by the Directorate of Minority Affairs of Turkey. According to Fosfanariou.gr, the event took place in the banquet hall of the Hilton Bomonti Hotel in Istanbul.
The Muslim evening meal, which is held after sunset prayer during Ramadan, was attended by Turkey's Minister of Culture, Nuri Mehmet Ersoy, representatives of the General Directorate of Foundations, leaders of religious denominations in Turkey, and heads of minority communities.
"During the Iftar, religious representatives offered prayers, calling for unity, friendship, and coexistence," the report states.
As previously reported by the UOJ, Zelensky also had dinner with Muslims at Iftar.
