OCU militants enter Chernivtsi Cathedral posing as disabled persons
Surveillance footage from the Holy Spirit Cathedral has been released.
OCU militants who carried out the violent takeover of the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Chernivtsi and beat several priests initially infiltrated the church by pretending to be disabled persons. This is confirmed by surveillance camera footage from the cathedral.
In the video, one of the young men is wheeled into the cathedral in a wheelchair. Several others follow behind, dressed in shorts and caps. Moments later, the "disabled" man suddenly removes his safety straps, stands up from the wheelchair, and proceeds with his companions into the interior of the cathedral.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that the militants who seized the Holy Spirit Cathedral of the UOC brutally beat several priests. Two of them had to be taken away by ambulance.
