The townspeople, having created a protective symbol of 8.78 meters tall, set a National Record of Ukraine.

On December 6, 2025, in Bila Tserkva, a National Record of Ukraine was set by creating the tallest didukh in the country, with a height of 8.78 meters. "The Christmas didukh, created in honor of the fallen defenders and as a symbol of the community's resilience, became part of Ukraine's national celebration," says the message on the portal "My Kyiv Region".

The initiators of the installation of the "majestic sheaf" believe that it "became not only a symbol of Christmas but also a sign of unity".

The didukh was created by a family and a company that dedicated it to all the fallen warriors and gifted it to the town. According to the media, more than 40 types of Ukrainian herbs were used for its creation, each having a special symbolic meaning.

The organizers stated that the project's goal is to preserve the folk tradition through a modern form that unites the townspeople.

As earlier reported, the largest trident made of didukhs was installed in Kyiv.
