OCU cleric publishes photo of prayer rug and glorifies Allah
Serhiy Tkachuk posted the inscription "Allahu Akbar".
"Priest" of the OCU Serhiy Tkachuk published a post on his Facebook expressing gratitude to Muslims for the gifted phone and praised Allah.
“Allahu Akbar” (Allah is great), Tkachuk wrote, posting a photo with a prayer mat. The mat features symbols of Allah (الله) and Muhammad (محمد), as well as the sacred Islamic phrase “In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate” (بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم). The lower part of the mat contains excerpts from the Quran and traditional Islamic prayers.
Tkachuk did not explain whether the post means he intends to change confessions or whether it was written as a joke.
Earlier, the UOJ wrote that, according to Tkachuk, "Allah is with us, and victory over the infidels".
