Annual march "Sí a la Vida" ("Yes to Life") took place in Spain.

On May 31, 2026, thousands of people gathered in Madrid, Spain, for the annual "Sí a la Vida" (Yes to Life) march. Participants advocated for the protection of human life from conception to natural death. This was reported by the Catholic news agency CNA.

The event, organized by a platform of more than 500 human rights organizations, took place in the center of Madrid. The march began at 12:00 and concluded with a rally featuring the reading of a manifesto and musical performances.

The organizers demanded a review of legislation on abortion and euthanasia. The coordinator of the platform, Alicia Latorre, noted that the pro-life demonstration is intended to show the dignity of every person and to call for support for people in difficult situations. She urged politicians not to divide society and to focus on providing concrete assistance to those in need.

As the UOJ reported, euthanasia was performed on a 25-year-old girl in Spain.
