UOC church in Karasivka damaged by Russian shelling
No one was injured in the shelling of the Church of the Protection of the Mother of God.
Another Russian attack has damaged a UOC church in the village of Karasivka in the Kharkiv Eparchy. No local residents were injured in the shelling, the Kharkiv Eparchy reports.
An enemy shell damaged the building of the parish dedicated to the Protection of the Mother of God. The ruling hierarch expressed his deep sympathy to the rector and parishioners of the damaged church.
The metropolitan offered prayers to the Merciful God for the protection of the people, the swift restoration of the church, and an end to enemy shelling.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that a historic UOC Church of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos into the Temple in Beryslav burned down after a drone strike.
