The ruling bishop of the Voznesensk Diocese performed the consecration of a chapel in honor of the holy martyrs Faith, Hope, Love, and their mother Sophia.

The Voznesensk Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church reported the consecration of a chapel on the territory of the cemetery in the village of Velyka Solona of the Elanetska settlement community of Mykolaiv Oblast. The rite of consecration on August 21, 2026, was performed by Metropolitan Alexiy of Voznesensk and Pervomaysk.

The new chapel was built in honor of the holy martyrs Faith, Hope, Love, and their mother Sophia. His Eminence was co-served by Archpriest Nikolai Tochok and Archpriest Georgy Machinsky.

At the conclusion of the service, the hierarch congratulated the clergy and parishioners on the consecration of the chapel. Metropolitan Alexiy expressed gratitude to the ktitors Tatiana and Grigory Demchenko, as well as to all those who were involved in the construction of the chapel.

As the UOJ reported earlier, a new UOC church in honor of the Transfiguration of the Lord was laid in Vossiyatske.
