Expert: Killers in Svyatohorsk Deliberately Targeted Victims in Monastic Clothing

Mykhailo Pavliv pointed out that the terrorists in Svyatohorsk consciously sought out victims wearing monastic attire.

Analyst Mykhailo Pavliv, commenting on the murder at Svyatohorsk Lavra, noted that the attackers deliberately targeted victims specifically in monastic clothing. In his video blog, he highlighted the calculated nature of the perpetrators' actions and the ritual dimension of the murder.

Pavliv drew attention to the fact that the attackers ignored the guard in the gatehouse, refugees, and ordinary pilgrims. "The targets were specifically people who were wearing monastic garb," the expert stated.

He emphasized that the surviving novice Andrii was also wearing a cassock at the time of the beating. "This is not a crime of passion, this is not a murder committed under the influence of any substances that would have altered one's consciousness. No, this is a cold-blooded murder, and a deliberate one," the expert insisted.

As the SPJ reported, the Bishop of Stuttgart explained why the murder in Svyatohorsk is being hushed up.
